Delicious Breakfast Spread

The breakfast buffet at Novotel Manado was quite a spread! There were so many options to choose from, and everything was so delicious. I particularly loved the Nasi Goreng, which was fantastic. The staff were attentive, making for an enjoyable breakfast experience.

Nice Pool & Gym

The swimming pool was huge and inviting. I loved taking a few laps to relax after a long day. The gym was also quite complete, which allowed for a good workout, even if it could use a bit of air conditioning. Overall, the fitness facilities were a great addition to my stay.

Modern Bathroom Facilities

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the spaciousness of the upgraded room, it came with its fair share of issues like a malfunctioning air conditioner and a broken hot water system. The service left much to be desired; I found the staff at the front desk rather unhelpful, but the dining experience was quite enjoyable despite a few shortcomings. Overall, it feels like the hotel has potential but needs to improve its service and maintenance.
